About me
Hi, I’m Savannah, a qualified Clinical Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist, registered with the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists. I am also currently studying for a life coaching qualification through the Life Coaching Academy to further support my clients on their health journey.
At 18, I came to the realisation that our traditional healthcare system was often focusing on treating symptoms well after disease has taken hold, rather than preventing it or addressing the root causes. This led me to seek a different approach to health - one that prioritises prevention and focuses on improving well-being. This realisation brought me down the path of holistic medicine, specifically naturopathy.
Now at 22, I strongly believe in tuning into the wisdom of our own body. By learning to listen to our body’s signals and messages, we can better understand how to support our health, and facilitate long-term vitality.
My goal
The name Naked Health is a reflection on stripping health back to its natural state. Naked Health embodies the importance of integrating the basics of well-being to support a change in habits and attitudes that will be the foundational pillars of your health journey.
My goal with Naked Health is to work with YOU on your individual health journey. By breaking down the complexity of health concepts such as metabolic function, hormonal pathways, and nutrient interactions, integration into full health is achievable and sustainable.
I am big believer that compounding habits and attitudes based on knowledge are the foundations that facilitate optimal health within us, and it is my priority to ensure you feel supported and listened to on your journey.
I will work with your individual goals, values, and your current state of health (wherever that may be for you) to offer you a space where you are the first priority. Within this space, the only thing that matters is YOU! Regaining control of your health, and more importantly being LISTENED to and understood is my biggest priority for Naked Health.
